Colorado’s Timber Ridge subdivision was originally an eight (8) phase development project. Phases 1-4 are complete. Phases 5-8 are undeveloped at this time.
In June 2008, the developer, Joe Machock, filed an amended plat with the County changing the layout of the remaining undeveloped land to seven 35+ acre parcels, calling it Timber Meadows. The property, regardless of it’s name and parcel sizes, is still subject to the governing documents of Colorado’s Timber Ridge Homeowners Association. There are 203 lots in Phases 1-4. 74 lots have, or are in the process of having, houses built on them. Approximately 40 lots are occupied by full time Pagosa Springs residents.
